The staff was super friendly, offering us beef and champagne upon check-in. They made us feel at home. The hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. The location in the Palermo district was fantastic, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

The room at Shoshana Hotel Boutique was spacious and beautifully furnished. The kitchen appliances were great, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The hotel provided a lovely breakfast, although I would have appreciated more variety. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's security measures made me feel safe and at ease. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the Palermo Subte station and a nearby outlet mall. Palermo Soho was also within walking distance. I had a fantastic stay at Shoshana Hotel Boutique and would highly recommend it.
